On December 2nd, Awaan Charitable Trust took its first significant step toward fighting hunger and supporting those in need by distributing a ration kit to a widow. This marks the beginning of a monthly initiative to ensure no family in need goes without food.
What’s Inside the Ration Kit?
Each kit is carefully prepared to include essential food items, ensuring families receive adequate nutrition and support. The kits include:
Grains like rice and wheat.
Pulses for protein needs.
Cooking essentials like oil, spices, and salt.
Other necessary items like sugar and tea.
This first distribution was a small yet impactful step in our larger mission: to empower underprivileged families and provide them with the basic necessities they deserve.
