“On July 2nd, Aawan Charitable Trust took another step towards spreading hope and nourishment to those in need. We were joined by a generous donor who committed to contributing 1100 rupees per month, enabling us to expand our reach.
With this newfound support, we were able to distribute an additional 22 boxes of soyabean rice, bringing the total to 172. Our destination was KEM Hospital, where we shared these meals with people seeking refuge from the rain.
The news of a warm and nutritious meal quickly spread, and within minutes, all 172 packets were distributed. It was heartwarming to see smiles on the faces of those we served.
